NOTE:  ALL FUNDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER THE DRAFT

2. Draft Rules: 

A.  Seeding for the Draft will be picked randomly.  Draft will be done using the “snake”method

B. Seeding for future Drafts Draft will be done according to the Points Standings at the end of Week 13.  Lowest ranked Team will have #1 Pick

C. The Draft will be 18 Rounds

E. Each team will consist of 18 total picks which will include 16 offensive players and 2 team defenses. 
F.  The Roster must include: 

**2 Team Quarterback (max 2)

**3 Runningbacks (max 5)

**5 Wide Receivers (max 7)

**2 Tight Ends (max 4)

**2 Kickers (max 4)

**2 Team Special Teams/Defenses (max 2)

**2 Choice players from any offensive position 

G.  All players not chosen in the draft will become Waiver Players. 
H.  All teams must keep the minimum amount of players from each position indicated above: 2-3-5-2-2 
I.    During the draft teams may pick up players from any position during any round.
3. Franchise Players
A. Up to 3 Franchise Players can be declared prior to the Draft each season (beginning in 2015)   

B. 3 Franchise Players must be declared after each Draft
C. Franchise Players cannot be dropped during the season

D. Franchise Players can be put on IR.  If a Franchise Player is placed on NFL IR, the Franchise Owner has the option of dropping the player, placing the Franchise Player on IR for a flat fee of $15.00 (beneficial for players placed on NFL IR prior to Week 12)
E. Trading a Franchise Player will cost $3 per player per team
F. Franchise players will be tracked and logged on the Tagliabue’s Forum

Free Agent Period - First Come First Serve - $1.00 to Add a Player & $1.00 to Drop a Player

Anyone Dropped as a result of FCFS Free Agent Pickup is locked until Sunday 1PM


A. We will have two classes of players not on rosters. Free Agents and Waivers. 
Free Agents: Any player who in not currently on a roster and has either never been on, or has cleared waivers. 
Waivers: Any player released by a team at any point during the season. These players will be up to bidding every week before Thursday 1PM. 
B. All free agent transactions will cost $1.25 per player added and dropped. 
C. Any transaction involving two teams in this league will cost each coach $1.25 per player, $2.50 per Team QB, $2.50 per Defense/Special Teams, $3.00 per draft pick, & $3.00 per Franchise Player. 
D. Draft Picks can be traded.  There is a limit of 3 Draft Pick Trades allowed per season.  No more than 2 obtained or 2 given are allowed for the season.  So a team can do 2 of one and 1 of another at max.
E.  Ties in Waiver Bids will go to the team via the following tie breakers:

  • Team with the Fewer Overall Points
  • Team with the Worse Overall Record
  • Team who had the lower Draft Position in that seasons Draft
F.  Trade Deadline for Draft Picks will be Sunday kickoff of Week 12

5. Injured Reserve:

A. Each team will be able to have one regular player and 1 Franchise Player on IR at one time. The cost is $2.50 per week for IR.  Exclusions apply for Franchise Players (See 3.D)
6. Money/Playoffs: 
A. 100% of your entry fee is due at the draft. That is each team will pay $175 on draft day for the season. The Tagliabue is not responsible for reminding anyone of their financial commitments to the league at any point of the season. It is the sole responsibility of all teams involved to remember when all fees are due throughout the season. Failure to pay your $175 will result in $25 fine per week late. NOTE: ALL MONEY IS NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER DRAFT DAY! ! ! ! 

B. Entry Fee is $175.00 + a one-time deposit of $20.00

C. If a team drops out mid-season, their entire Entry Fee is non-refundable

D. If a team drops out in July or August, they forfeit their $75.00 Deposit
E. Transaction fees will be due by the first Saturday following the NFL Regular Season. All teams are advised to keep a close eye on their respective accounts throughout the season. These fee deadlines are strict. If you fail to pay on time, you will receive a penalty of 100 points off your season total and a $25 penalty fee + $5 each additional week. NO MONEY WILL BE AWARDED TO THE WINNERS UNTIL EVERYONE HAS PAID THEIR FULL FEE INCLUDING TRADE FEES & ANY JOHN NAPPY BOX POOL FEES (we call this the Blasenstein Rule)! 
F. The league Tagliabue will hold all money and accounting will be recorded on the Tagliabue’s Forum
G. Ties in Weekly Head to Head games will count as ties in the standings.

H. Of the $1,750.00 pot, the money will be allocated in the following fashion at the end of the season:

Ties in Playoff games will result in the higher seed advancing to the Super Bowl. A Tie in the Super Bowl will result in both teams splitting the $500.00 Pot.
J. For all money received by the Tagliabue, he will issue a receipt by indicating the transaction in the following weeks update on The Tagliabues Forum. 
K. Trade money will be used at the end of the season for a party, if there is one. Whatever money is left over will be carried over in the league account. 
L. The regular season will end Week XIII.
M. The Wild Card Playoffs, in which only the three wild card teams & Division winner with the lowest points actually play for something (that being the chance to advance) will be played in Week XIV. No money awarded for winner!
N. The Divisional Playoffs will be played in Week XV. 
7. Reports: 
A. The reports will be created & posted on www.myfantasyleague.com. 
NOTE: TIES IN REGULAR SEASON GAMES WILL REMAIN AS TIES IN THE STANDINGS. 
B. Historical Records, Standings and Playoff results will be recorded on the Tagliabues Forum
C. All team starting line-ups must be submitted on the myfantasyleague site by the first game of each week, whether the first NFL game of the week lands on a Saturday or Sunday. Backups must be submitted with your lineup on the myfantasyleague.com website.
D. For Thursday games, you must notify your opponents if you plan to start or designate someone as a backup in those games and at what position on your line-up sheet they will occupy before the start of the Thursday game. The rest of your line-up will be due by the first game of the upcoming weekend. For Saturday games your entire line-up is due whether you have someone playing in those games or not. If you miss a deadline, you will automatically be given your line-up from the previous week. 
8. Lineup Submissions & Franchise Information
A. It is the sole responsibility of the coach of every team to get their line-ups in each week. The scoring will be done using the myfantasyleague.com website

B. Starting line-ups will contain 9 players. They must contain the following:

2. Running Back
3. Running Back or Wide Receiver
4. Wide Receiver

5. Wide Receiver
6. Wide Receiver or Tight End
7. Tight End
8. Kicker
9. Defense

C. Team profiles, including addresses, telephone numbers, comments, and other information should be imputed on the myfantasyleague.com website  
9. Scoring System: 
A. See the Tagliabues Forum. 
B. Interpretations of rules/issues will be reviewed and agreed upon by a Tribunal of John Nappy, Rich Moran, and Dominic Crispino...alternate will be Scott Blasenstein should any interpretation directly effect one of the three original tribunal. 
C. Any scoring interpretations will be derived from NFL.COM box scores. 
10. Other

A. Members of the league will attempt to meet each Monday Night during the season at various locations either in Rockland or Westchester County.

C. The League Account will be maintained and reported to the League on The Tagliabues Forum. Should the Tagliabue be unable to maintain the account, the League Account will be transfered by Mrs. Tagliabue to Richard Kennison Moran.

D. Funds from Transaction Fees (minus $75), Fines, and Interest Earned will be used for a Year End Extravaganza which all members of the league are invited to.

E.  Leaguewide emails from the Tagliabue will not be sent out too often. Expect Group Texts
